GDPR and your data rights
Last updated:
If you’re in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and similar laws give you rights over your personal data. This page explains them and how to use them. What we collect and why is in our Privacy Policy.
1. Who is responsible
CACOBEEZ LLC, registered in Wyoming, USA, operates Cavenue and is the controller of your personal data. Contact: support@cavenue.co.
2. Why we may process your data
- Contract: your account, rehearsals, reports, payments and service emails.
- Legitimate interests: keeping Cavenue secure, preventing abuse and answering support requests.
- Legal obligation: payment and tax records.
- Consent: analytics cookies (Google Analytics), only if you accept them. You can withdraw consent at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
3. Your rights
- Access: get a copy of your personal data.
- Rectification: correct inaccurate data. You can edit most of your profile yourself.
- Erasure: have your account and data deleted.
- Restriction: limit how we use your data.
- Portability: receive your data in a machine-readable format.
- Objection: object to processing based on our legitimate interests.
- Complaint: lodge a complaint with the data protection authority where you live or work.
4. How to make a request
Email support@cavenue.co from the address linked to your Cavenue account and tell us which right you want to use. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We reply within one month; if a request is complex, we may need up to two more months and will tell you. Requests are free.
5. AI scoring
Cavenue’s AI scores and feedback are for practice. They aren’t shared with employers and don’t produce legal or similarly significant effects, so they aren’t automated decision-making under Article 22 GDPR.
6. International transfers
Your data is stored in India and processed in the US and the EU by our providers, listed in the Privacy Policy. For transfers from the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, we use providers that offer the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
7. Users in Türkiye (KVKK)
If you’re in Türkiye, you have the rights in Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and can use them the same way.
