Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years old. If you’re under 18, you need a parent’s or guardian’s permission to buy a plan. You’re responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe.

Cavenue lets you rehearse job interviews with an AI interviewer and get feedback. It’s a practice tool: it isn’t a recruiter, doesn’t apply to jobs for you and doesn’t guarantee any interview result or job offer.

Scores and feedback are generated by AI, can be wrong and aren’t professional career, legal or psychological advice. Job listings come from third parties and may be inaccurate or out of date. Cavenue isn’t affiliated with LinkedIn or with the employers whose jobs you rehearse for. Importing a job link works for LinkedIn; other sites aren’t guaranteed.

You keep ownership of what you add to Cavenue, such as your CV, profile and answers. You let us store and process it only to provide Cavenue to you, including sending it to our AI providers. Only add content you have the right to use, and don’t upload other people’s personal data without their permission.

• Don’t use Cavenue to break the law, harass anyone or create harmful content.
• Don’t try to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or get around its limits.
• Don’t share, sell or transfer your account.
• Don’t present AI-generated feedback as an assessment by a real employer.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

• The free plan includes a limited allowance, shown on our pricing page.
• Credit packs are one-time purchases. Their credits are valid for 30 days from purchase; buying another pack extends your remaining credits by another 30 days.
• The Unlimited plan is a monthly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your profile; access continues until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Unlimited use is subject to fair use, to prevent abuse.
• Prices are in US dollars. Taxes may apply depending on where you live. Payments are processed by Stripe.
• We may change prices for future purchases; a change never affects a period you’ve already paid for.

Credits and access are delivered immediately, so payments aren’t refundable once you’ve used the credits or features you bought, unless the law says otherwise. If you were charged by mistake, or a technical problem kept you from using what you paid for, contact us within 14 days and we’ll fix it or refund you.

If you’re a consumer in the EU or the UK, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. By starting to use paid credits or features within that period, you ask us to begin right away and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal for what you’ve used. If you’re a consumer in Türkiye, the Distance Contracts Regulation doesn’t give a right of withdrawal for services performed instantly online; the refund promise above still applies.

We work to keep Cavenue available but can’t promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, add or remove features. If we shut Cavenue down, we’ll give you reasonable notice and refund unused credits and the unused part of a subscription.

You can stop using Cavenue at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@cavenue.co. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms or if the law requires it.

Cavenue is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, CACOBEEZ LLC isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost opportunities or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that can’t be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. If you’re a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and can bring claims in its courts.

We may update these terms. We’ll post the new version here and, if the changes are significant, tell you by email or in the app before they take effect.
